At least 1 SSD with 500GB or more as your boot drive and storage, pay attention to read/write speeds, ideally don't buy it used. Need more capacity? Get an HDD on top of the SSD, or a larger SSD in the first place. Buy a new powersupply, don't cheap out on one! If it fails, you might fry other parts. Once you know your parts, use a PSU calculator online to know what capacity you need. If you can, get BeQuiet fans. Noctua is out of your price range and cheap fans are going to make a lot of noise. 1080p 60hz/144hz Display, 500$ should be plenty. Good luck.

@Daddio997 I can take a look at it later, If you want/can render at a higher refresh rate than 60 fps, getting a 144hz monitor instead of 60hz should be on your list.
