Redesign of homepage

Maybe consider replacing the direct messages tab with discussions? I imagine it’ll make it easier to find for new people on the site, and make discussions more prevalent, especially because I imagine nobody messages one another on the site anymore.

I definitely think the designs should be the first thing people see on the homepage, but I'm biased for the design element lol

What do you mean exactly? Discussions already show on the homepage and messages never showed up on the homepage
