Every console has the same amount of "control", maybe you mean the different types of controllers? Newer consoles will result in better performance, i.e. rendered frames per second, but that's more or less it. A pc gives you the additional benefit of being more versatile and depending on your budget, far outpace the (apparently broken) 120fps update that came out for xbox a little while ago. MY GTX 770 from 2013 was able to run Rocket League at 100 fps on full HD. A pc also gives you the options of doing a whole lot more than just playing games, it's literally a computer. A console is merely a computer locked down to gaming and comsuming videos/music.
