These is most likely the discrepancy between your local time zone and the servers time zone. It should be adjusting it but as someone else pointed out, it’s been jacked since the last update.

No for me it is the opposite I made one yesterday and it said made 1 second ago

How about quit making thousands and thousands of designs and just delete the ones you don't want because that's probably the cause to it.
