Black Octane in Item Shop

When they gonna finally put black octane in the shop?? They added black dom, tw dom/fennec even black fennec has been in the shop 3 times this year but octane hasn’t been since the one time last year. Is it just because of the fennec pro meta or what why they not monetise their signature car like at all?
