No Gatekeepers. Just Us.

Hey guys, I'm making my own team. I know I'm not probably not the best leader and that's why it'll be like a democracy. There will be 2-3 main leaders who have equal amount of power. Everyone else has almost as much a say as the leaders do. If one person doesn't want someone else to join, we don't let them join. And I want to do this right. I don't want any beef with any other teams. If one person says anything against another team, they get one strike, and the next time they do it, they're instantly off the team. I want to, with the help of you all, to make the best team possible. I don't care if your bronze, silver, unranked, gold, etc. What I want is a strong team that will support their team members and help each other improve as people, and players. I promise to to all of you I will do my best to lead well and listen to your suggestions. I believe that if we all do things as a team, we'll grow and improve faster than any team. And if at any time you feel like leaving, you may leave with no judgement. Also for the team name, we'll decide it together once we have a solid foundation.
