Messages/Trades not showing

For the past 4 weeks I haven't got any single message even though I normally get messages every 10 minutes. I also messaged a LOT of people and they didn't respond , I think others can't see my trades & messages. I tried uninstalling the app or switching to PC website but nothing worked. Please fix this , I really need to trade ASAP. Thanks
