Block button text changes to "Archive" but still blocks the user

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click to chat with a user you have not messaged before. There is no archive button at the top of the chat (because there's nothing to archive). There is a Block button (highlighted in red)
2. Type a chat message to the user. The text in the Block button is changed to Archive.
3. Click the "Archive" button. The user is now blocked.

What should happen:

I think that after a message has been sent to the user, it should be possible to both archive the chat _and_ block the user. The archive button should appear but the block button should remain on screen.

I suspect this is responsible a lot of the accidental blocking that happens through the site. It is very easy to block users by accident and not immediately obvious how to unblock them afterwards. (See also the related topic here: https://feedback.rocket-league.com/features/small-changes-to-site )
