Hey you guys. I don’t know if I can continue LASDP. I’m having a really really hard time battling my depression and doing this gives me some stress. I’ll still try to continue this, but I can’t make any promises. This has nothing to do with you guys (y’all are great and ily) so don’t blame yourselves. I’m sorry you’re going through this. I’ve never had depression but I love running in the morning and I’ve heard that can help with your mentality, maybe it’s something you could try. No matter what happens I’ve loved doing this and make sure to put yourself before this. Stay strong
