Unfortunately, painted Slurpee decal (and boost) are only multi-color and not able to be one color in the game. Also, they are SUPER difficult to find since they were released as DLCs last year and all the codes are either redeemed and locked to the user's account, or the cost of the unredeemed codes are in the hundreds.

Haha! It turns into a texture using the Slurpee decal. I used grey which almost matched the cement below.
