@CuttlefishTrading I don't know how long you've been around on rlg, but the dynamic for me is exactly the same since I became a 'known' designer. I'm used to getting a lot of awards. The real problem now though is, you can get more awards than the most popular designers, just by posting bloody discussions or videos of gameplay. It's an absolute disgrace. They should separate dotd, dotw, dotm, doty from those new awards.

@bendyrhino no, you don't remember that lol. Someone showed it to you, but it was a very long time ago, and I got zero likes from it at all. It was literally one message on a design asking people to come look, not to give me likes, and it didn't work. I didn't become popular til quite a while after that. It was when @Afateer featured me that i became popular. Also, it was before the rules about asking for likes were added. EVERY popular designer at that time was pretty much boosting except one or two.

@Raiyu @bendyrhino btw it was impossible for an unknown designer to get likes back then, I nearly gave up tbh, but @Afateer saved me. When I did get popular, I used my popularity to help rlg make the designing fair for everyone. Then they did, and added the rules about boosting. Whoever you've been talking to should be careful, because I have evidence of ALOT of popular designers boosting from back in those days.

@CuttlefishTrading nobody outright disagreed really, but since epic dropped a bomb on rl everyone just assumes that rlg is dead too and now hardly anyone comes to make designs or look at designs like they used to.
