No its usually up that high. I've seen it even higher on some designs

I don't have a great answer for that lol. I tried a bunch and didn't like any. It was my backup. Not too small that you can barely see it, not too big so it doesn't cover part of the drone, kinda looks like stars... tbh I didnt expect the design to be very popular so I didnt put much effort into picking the best boost.
