My tip: use bronze training pack from Psyonix bc there is the first shot very good to aerial and then try it with like lower speed, so go to trainings setting and then make speed to like 50% and if you can it then 60% and then 70% until u are at 100

He hit a clip in a training pack. U dont know how is mechanics ingame are or how his game sense is. So there could be a couple reasons why he isnt champ.
