You should do try-outs and then those that do not make it into Team Air Force can divide into their own teams for your RLGS idea. For example, Team Green Arrow (Read my top comment).

@MidKnight_171 I get that but I don’t want people to feel bad that they didn’t make a certain team and I’m letting people recruit others for their team! And others can join other teams and trading might be coming soon!
