Like when you upload a video to YT.Example - If I have a 4k Video but I want to upload it to 720p there is no option for that.

@AJ_ why would you want to do that? lol the person watching the video can always view the video in a lower quality though

@vicegold Upload is faster, less storage gets used on servers, its a good-to-have option, I don't think there are a lot of people like me who record in 4k
