Lost my credits

I logged into my account one day and all my 10k credits were gone. I didn’t spend them on anything and I was planning to today but then i noticed they were all gone. Is there anyway you could give me them back. I’ve been restarting all day trying to get them back. The reason I’m telling you this is so I can get them back so it would be much appreciated. Thanks for your time.
