Walsh PLC is a Base Avatar Border that does not come painted, except for Gold. This item can be obtained occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale twice for 400 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
