Russel Ltd is a Luxury Decal that does not come painted. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 31 of the Premium Rocket Pass Season 13, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale twice for 400 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
