Harris PLC is a Luxury Decal that comes in all paints, except for Gold. This Decal can only be used on the Backfire Body. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 8 of the Free Rocket Pass Season 5, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
