Lesch-Mosciski is a Luxury Body that comes in all paints. It uses the Octane Hitbox, which affects how the car handles in-game. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 35 of the Premium Rocket Pass Season 10, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading. It's an exclusive Rocket League Sideswipe item and is not obtainable in regular Rocket League.
