This item can be obtained via Blueprint/Drops from Item Series (RL Beach Blast & RL Beach Blast (Unlocked)). Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading. It's an exclusive Rocket League Sideswipe item and is not obtainable in regular Rocket League.
