This item can be obtained via Blueprint/Drops from Item Series (Champion 3, Golden Egg '18, Golden Egg '20, Golden Egg '22, & Golden Egg '23) or occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 5 times for 2000 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
