This item can be obtained via Blueprint/Drops from Item Series (Bonus Gift, Golden Egg '19, Golden Gift Basket '22, Golden Lantern '19, Golden Moon '23, Revival, & Victory) or occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale twice for 300 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
