This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 6 of the Premium Rocket Pass Season 4, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 3 times for 700 Credits. It's an exclusive Rocket League Sideswipe item and is not obtainable in regular Rocket League.
