This item can be obtained by reaching Tier 62 of the Premium Rocket Pass Season 17 or occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it was for sale once for 100 Credits. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading. It's an exclusive Rocket League Sideswipe item and is not obtainable in regular Rocket League.
