Wilkinson PLC is a Base Decal that does not come painted. This is a Universal Decal, meaning it can be used on any car, except for a few licensed cars. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 53 of the Premium Rocket Pass Season 16, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 5 times for 100 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
