This item can be obtained via Blueprint/Drops from Item Series (Bonus Gift, Champion 2, Golden Egg '18, Golden Egg '20, Golden Egg '22, Golden Egg '23, Golden Gift '22, Player's Choice, Revival, & Select Favorites). It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
