Bartell, Willms and Towne are Luxury Wheels that do not come painted. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 3 of the Premium Rocket Pass 2, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 24 times for 200 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe.
