This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 11 of the Premium Rocket Pass Season 15, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 5 times for 300 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe.
