Kub Inc is a Special Decal that does not come painted. This Decal can only be used on the Octane Body. This item can be obtained via Blueprint/Drops from Item Series (Ferocity) or occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it was for sale once for 300 Credits. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading. It's an exclusive Rocket League Sideswipe item and is not obtainable in regular Rocket League.
