Dickens and Sons is a Luxury Decal that does not come painted. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 55 of the Premium Rocket Pass 3, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it was for sale once for 300 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe.
