INFORM THE USER THEY HAVE MSGS BLOCKED FROM CERTAIN PLATFORMS

Before a person interested in a trade attempts to message another person, can the app inform them that if they message, the other person CANNOT send them a reply because the sender has their settings to SAME PLATFORM instead of ALL PLATFORMS. Or better, to remove the effect completely when they decide to message someone with a different platform and allow the recipient to respond. This has blocked multiple possible trades because I can't respond to them at all due to their own settings.
