Is rocket league servers down?

i was just playing rocket league until when i left,the rocket pass keeps reseting to level 14 and the game was not letting me claim the items,open drops and do trade ups.i have to keeps restarting the game on my ps4 to claim the rewards but yeah i think rocket league servers are down.
