Subscribe to other users car designs

I think it would be nice if you could subscribe to a user and that they can send all of their subscribers a notification if they made a new car design. But if you add this feature please just give us a button to announce the new design so that subscribers don't get thousands of notifications if you are just messing around with cat designs.
