BUGGED OUT ...

The car design feature is BUGGED OUT ...(punn intented ) everytime i try to design a car i get the body wheels boost and i try to select another feature and its frozen rarely comes back so i just give up VERY **DISAPPOINTING & FRUSTURATING ...its been this way since i remember ...why is this happening and why can everyone else put out massive designs when i cannot get more the 1 every six months if lucky ...please help out a BUGGED OUT .**..player
