No username error correctability

I changed my user name and incorrectly put carbob__phoenix when it should be carbon__phoenix , I understand I can only change so often but as this was in error I feel I should be able to update it. I have reported this and heard nothing back and I worry I am losing out on trades. Can I get some help please ?
