Doesnt Allow to Sign in with Epic Games error #auhgfe9h38

What you were trying to do: I tried to log in with Epic Games but when I put my user it said error #auhgfe9h38

 

What you expected to happen:

To allow me to add the bot you should add to get verified on your platform to be able to chat and trade

What actually happened:

It did appear the thing to add the bot and I am not able to use or trade with anyone
