Not able to view support ticket

My account got deactivated and emails I got says that I can see the support ticket if I go to the link but when I go to the link it says I need to sign in to view the support ticket but when I try to sign in it says my account has be deactivated and to email the rl support team and so I get stuck in a circle. I have no idea what to do I just want to trade
