Disable Ads comment

We should be allowed to disable comments or even delete them.

Unfortunately we're not able to decide who's commenting on it and there are users who seem to spend their time simply spamming comments in trades (in a negative manner). Even though the users can be block, the comment remains on our ads we either have to delete and create a new one, or deal with it.
