The web need rapidity and flow

Hi i begin to use the site additional to the app, and for my opinion the site is extremly slow. When i use it for chat : I need to answer to some tradders but when i want to change of person the site need to 2 sec for open the chat. 

A simple suggestion, for a better experience :)
