How do I get out of Gold?

I’m gold 3 most of the time but my 2s rank just dropped a lot because of teammates griefing or just leaving after one goal rn I’m gold 3 in 1s but I wanna get to plat I’ve learned speed flips and rotation aerials and wave dashes but idk what else to learn I have way better ground control just never can have time to use it like I know the 180 flick enough to use it at least once a match but idk what I need to rank up any help?
