exotic wheel prices, and hide trades from other people.

(1) (for ultimate users) when you click on the exotic wheels, it tells you the price of the uncommon version wheels, so every time I have to go and check the price. (2) speed up the time to open the rl insider chart when you see the price of an item on rl garage(3) the most important, hide the trades from other people, so you don't always have to take them off or put them in the vault.
