Have the players given up on trading?

Honestly, sometimes I just try to forget about it, but at least once in a while it pops up in my head. I don’t remember any activity I enjoyed more than RL trading.

It wasn't just about the items; it was about the community. The negotiation, the people you met, and the thrill of finally getting that one item you worked for.

Removing trading didn't just kill the market; it killed a huge reason to log in every day. Grinding feels pointless when you're stuck with duplicates you can't gift to a friend who actually wants them.

We need to make sure Jynxzi talks about this. He is single-handedly reviving the game's viewership right now, and Epic actually watches his numbers. If the guy who is being coached by Squishy and 1v1ing Musty and Zen says trading needs to return, that is the only pressure Epic might actually fear.

The item shop is specifically designed in a way that you'll have to check daily in order to catch an item you want. The amount of money Epic Games makes with that fear-of-missing-out effect is without a doubt absurdly high, compared to the money they "didn't" make every time an item moved from one owner to the next. I wish you were right, but beyond the initial pushback, petitions and boycotts that came early on, they didn't really go anywhere, unfortunately.
