Hide all user trades without blocking them

Currently, the only way we have to hide trades from users who spam a lot of uninteresting trades is to block them.
What if they actually agree on a trade we posted, but they can't contact us because they're blocked?
Having a feature that gives us the ability to hide their trades and still be able to be contacted from them would be helpful, in my opinion.
