Is rl a dead game?

After trading was removed the game started going downhill. Now people can’t save credits till the end of the season and buy the items. Another is that ranked and most gameplay is harder to rank up in. It honestly doesn’t make sense why the game is like this now. Finally rlcs has moved the age limit to 13 yrs old so now their is gonna be some major issues with rlcs. What do you think?
