auto bumping fix

Whenever a titanium user automatically bumps their trades the entire trading screen is just full of their trades. I think the way to fix that is to bump all their trades in a 10 minute window. For example if they have 20 trades one will be bumped every 30 seconds or 2 will be bumped every minute.
