Non-disappearing notification after getting blocked

What you were trying to do: 

A guy messaged me fot an item I'm selling and I sent them my epic ID and so on. He added me and messaged me "Done". But he didn't trade with me and blocked me for some reason.

What you expected to happen:

The notification to go away.

What actually happened:

His last message to me is staying there forever, not going away. I had notification problems in the past but those were going away with a few refreshes, this one is stubborn. It stays.

Even when I'm in the chat, there is still (1) in the tab title.

It's just there.
