Having problems ranking up

So I’ve been having problems ranking up for the past 3 years. I’ve been hardstuck in plat for over 2500 hours of 3000 total hours. I can pretty much dominate every lobby I’m in until I reach my diamond rank up matches. I just loose until I’m back where I started. What’s funny is I’ve coached multiple players from the same rank as me all the way to champ 3 but I’m still stuck here. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Is it because I’m solo queuing or is it something that I’m doing wrong?
