Anybody know how to change their name on ps5?

I have parental controls and I can’t figure it out. I’ve watched videos and stuff but can’t find it. Somebody help. I hate PlayStation the way it works is so dumb

how do you mean Like PlayStation Network or ingame if ingame if you didn’t change it yet then it’s free if you ever changed it then you need to pay 10$
