Why to I play with higher ranks in casual ?!

When I play rocket league yesterday in rank of rumble I got reck with so many Smurfs in the matches and also in casual I also meet a SSL tournament winner in the games like what the heck is casuals games have higher MMR on my matches I heard they will remove Smurfs but I don’t buy it because epic is.
